4. Insist on trusted Consultants

5. Take the time to understand Delivery Methods

6. Be realistic (not everyone can be Big 4)

7. Exploit the Team / SI's strengths

8. Expect deep Product Knowledge

9. Don't fall for the Sales Pitch myth of 'heavy lifting' - there is much for the Customer to do

10. Once you achieve successful collaboration, keep it!
